Adani Tatva Estates ka possession experience pura scam lag raha. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhai thi, on ground zero hain. I work in real estate, but this felt like pure bait-and-switch. Itna high-end project, ₹2.5 Cr+ deke bhi delivery ke time pe sab cut short. Pool ka size, gym equipment, kids play area – sab chota kar diya ya quality down. Matlab, itna paisa dene ke baad bhi yeh sab? Anyone else faced this with Tatva in Sohna? Kya kiya aapne?

Adani Tatva Estates ka toh 2027-12-01 tak possession hai, itna time hai, toh kya pata aur kitni cheezein cut hongi. Mera toh budget tight hai, aise mein yeh sab sunke bahut tension hoti hai. It's a huge investment for us first-timers.

U8 is absolutely right. Mera ek friend hai, usne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek project book kiya tha. Possession mein time tha, but site visits pe hi dikh gaya ki gym ka area half kar diya tha, aur clubhouse ki finishing bhi substandard thi. Builder bola budget constraints. So, yes, it happens way before possession, you have to be vigilant from day one.
U2, bhai, issues under-construction mein bhi dikhne lagte hain. Often original plans change, ya materials ki quality down ho jaati hai. Jo brochures mein dikhate hain, woh baad mein cost-cutting ke chakkar mein alter kar diye jaate hain. RERA number hone ke baad bhi, yeh sab hota hai, unfortunately.

Adani Tatva Estates ka naam sunke laga tha ki premium cheez hogi, but ye toh wahi purani kahani hai. ₹2.3 Cr se shuru hoke ₹16.9 Cr tak ja raha hai, itne paise deke bhi agar amenities cut hon toh kya fayda? RERA-GRG PROJ-1299-2023 number bhi hai, toh lagta hai sab rules follow ho rahe, but on ground quality ka kya? Bahut nervous kar diya yaar, mera toh first home ka dream hai.
16.9 Cr tak? Mera toh budget hi hil gaya sunke! Amenities bhi cut ho rahi hain, matlab kya fayda phir?
Haan bhai, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Builder log dikhate kuch hain aur dete kuch aur. 69 total units dikha ke they make it sound so exclusive, but phir amenities pe compromise? Ye toh common trick ho gayi hai, especially in these high-end projects. Bahut darr lag raha hai first-time buyer ko.
