Heard mixed things about delivery timelines from both, especially with all the Namma Metro work around. Are their construction quality claims actually true? Any issues with seepage or finishing after possession? I know the super area vs carpet area games, but what about those last-minute PLC or maintenance deposit shocks at possession for these specific projects?
