Adarsh Group flat: Did I make a mistake with floor-rise premium?

Are floor-rise premiums actually worth it for investment properties in Greater Noida? I just took possession of my 3BHK from Adarsh Group in Knowledge Park 5 back in March. Got a pretty good deal, I thought, around ₹95L for a mid-floor unit. But now I'm wondering if paying that extra PLC for a higher floor was smart for future ROI. Some neighbours got lower floors for like ₹5L-7L less. With Jewar Airport coming up, prices are rising, but does that premium really translate when reselling? Or is it just a builder's way to boost immediate profits? Also, how much does the super area vs carpet area difference really pinch the per sqft value when you calculate?
