Broker promises for Adarsh projects near MG Road feel too good to be true. I'm upgrading from my Whitefield 2BHK to a 3BHK. Brokers are claiming huge spot discounts, way more than Adarsh directly offers. Should I trust them for a better deal, or are there always hidden costs?
