Adimaya Gravitas: My first two months, what's real?
Is daily life at Adimaya Gravitas Residency genuinely good, or was I just swayed by the brochures? We were so tired of renting and finally bought a 2BHK here for about ₹1.10 Cr, got possession in March. I'm just two months in, and I'm seeing things nobody really told me. The clubhouse and swimming pool looked amazing, but honestly, they feel underutilized. Are the amenities here just for show, or do people actually use them regularly? The apartment layout is another thing. The carpet area seemed okay, but now with our stuff, the living room feels much smaller than I pictured. Is this a common thing with their floor plans? Also, how's the community vibe for others? I'm hoping it's not too isolated. Would love to hear from other residents or anyone who considered living here.
