Hey guys, I'm confused between Aditya Urban Casa and M3M The Cullinan II in Noida. Aditya Urban Casa is ready-to-move, which is a plus. But what about the construction quality comparison? Kya kisi ne dono projects dekhe hain? M3M ka location wise kya scene hai? Is it well connected? Also, what about the amenities? Which one offers better amenities for the price? I'm looking for long-term investment, so ROI wise, which one is better? What do you think about the builder's track record for both? Mujhe advice chahiye. Not sure which to choose. Any suggestions?
