Aditya Urban Homes: No one talks about the ROI

Okay I'll say what no one says – Aditya Urban Homes' resale market feels dead. I'm fed up of renting, but where's the capital appreciation? What's the real rental yield there? Change my mind.

Bhai, finally someone said it! I've been eyeing properties in Ahinsa Khand and even Aditya Urban Homes, but the numbers just don't add up for ROI. Lagta hai sirf rent hi kharch ho raha hai. Is there any project which actually shows good appreciation in Ghaziabad?
