Bhai, finally someone said it! I've been eyeing properties in Ahinsa Khand and even Aditya Urban Homes, but the numbers just don't add up for ROI. Lagta hai sirf rent hi kharch ho raha hai. Is there any project which actually shows good appreciation in Ghaziabad?
U1, I feel you. I almost booked in Aditya Urban Homes back in 2018. They promised great returns, but my agent later advised against it, saying the inventory was too high (1900
