Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. I'm finally looking to invest in Ghaziabad, not just live. Aditya Urban Homes Phase 2B dekh raha hoon, it's completed. But as an investor, I'm wondering about the actual rental yield here? Kya resale value mein achha appreciation expect kar sakte hain over 5-7 years? Koi bata sakta hai iska investor ratio kaisa hai? Ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi? How liquid is the resale market for these flats? Any real experiences?
