Just moved into Aditya Willow 162. Site visit pe sab mast. Amenities ka real use kitna hai? Pool, gym maintenance kaisa? Daily life yahan genuinely achhi hai ya sirf paper pe?

I can relate to this so much. Mera ek friend Ahinsa Khand 1 mein rehta hai, unke project ka bhi possession 2015 ka hai. Starting mein sab mast tha, but ab maintenance issues aur high charges se pareshaan hai. Aditya Willow 162 ka possession bhi 2016 ka hai. Koi bata sakta hai Aditya Willow 162 mein current maintenance charges kya hain per month? Aur kya woh amenities ke liye justify karte hain?
U4, maintenance charges around ₹3.5-4 per sqft hain yahan pe, depending on your unit size. It feels a bit steep for the kind of upkeep we get. Pool toh saalon mein do-teen baar hi theek se chalta hai. Is there an active RWA that actually takes builder to task or improves things?

Nearby markets aur schools accessible hain, but quality sometimes questionable. Agar aap Abhay Khand jaise area se compare kar rahe ho, toh yahan thoda adjust karna padega. Builder ne toh project finish kar diya, ab resident welfare association pe hai sab kuch.

Bhai, maintenance kaafi hit-and-miss hai. Pool ki cleanliness average rehti hai, especially in peak season. Gym equipment bhi thode purane ho gaye hain, repairs slow hote hain. Expect average, not top-tier. Regular use mein thoda compromise karna pad sakta hai.
