Adore projects in Sector 85: FNG delays a concern?

Is the FNG Expressway completion timeline realistic for Sector 85? I'm eyeing Adore projects. Are they transparent about delays impacting basic infra like water/sewage? What's the ground reality?

Yaar, FNG ka to pata nahi kab banega. Adore projects achhe lagte hain, but is delay se Sector 85 mein basic facilities ka kya hoga? Paani, sewage sab time pe milega kya? Bahut nervous hoon.
