My Advaitha Aksha 2BHK has plaster cracks after four months. Did Advaitha Ventures deliver quality for others? SSVR Acacia owners, any hidden charges or finishing issues at possession?

SSVR Acacia mein mere friend ne liya hai. Finishing was generally decent, no major structural issues. But yeah, maintenance charges were a bit higher than expected, and they had some 'amenity setup' charges post-possession which weren't fully transparent initially. Registration ke time bhi thoda negotiation karna pada tha, but final amount was as per agreement.

OMG! Plaster cracks in 4 months? This is why I'm so scared to buy. Advaitha Ventures ka toh RERA pe total projects zero dikha raha hai, right?
