Bhai, ye ₹2.8 Cr – ₹4.7 Cr ki range mein first-time buyer kaise lega? Current market conditions Bengaluru mein toh waise hi tight hain, interest rates upar. Empty nesters ke liye theek hai maybe, but hum jaise middle-class ke liye toh dream hi lagta hai. Koi affordability ki baat hi nahi karta.
RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171214/001864 dikha raha hai, aur possession date 2021-07-31. Toh kya sabko time pe possession mil gaya tha? Builder ka track record kaisa raha hai is mamle mein?
U7, my friend booked here. Possession was indeed on time, which is a rare thing these days in Bengaluru. Builder ne commit kiya tha 2021-07-31, and they delivered. But then the hidden costs started showing up. So timely possession doesn't guarantee everything.
Advaitha Aksha ki location aur society vibe ka kya scene hai? Original poster ko hospital proximity bhi chahiye, so koi nearby options hain kya? Daily life comfortable hai kya wahan?
U6, ORR ke liye depends on exact location, but from Aksha, during peak hours, easily 45-60 mins lag jayenge. Metro connectivity abhi bhi dur hai. So if you're working far, commute will be a pain point.

U4, I visited Advaitha Aksha. Vibe is decent, not too crowded with only 170 units. Hospital ke liye, Apollo Cradle in Akshayanagar is quite close, maybe 15 mins drive. Daily life ke liye, basic amenities sab mil jaati hain, but connectivity to main city can be a bit slow during peak hours.

U2, I faced this with a project near Agrahara Layout. Initial charges kam dikhate hain, fir society form hote hi skyrocket ho jaate hain. Plumbing, lift maintenance, common area electricity - sab mein problems. Advaitha Aksha mein bhi ye risk hoga, especially since it's COMPLETED since 2021. Check the last 1 year's maintenance bills.
