₹1.2 crore for my 3BHK at Advaitha Aksha in Sarjapur Road, just got possession last month. Honestly, construction quality mein thode issues lag rahe hain, especially minor plaster cracks. Things nobody told me about were the hidden charges that popped up during possession. PLC, maintenance deposit, sab mila ke quite a bit extra. SSVR Acacia mein owners ka kya experience raha? Kya wahan bhi itne extra costs aaye aur quality theek hai? Builder ka customer support after booking bhi theek nahi tha. Not sure if this is normal ya I should be worried. Any advice on how to deal with this?

Oh no, yaar! This is exactly what scares me about buying property. Hidden charges are the worst, especially when you've already stretched your budget for ₹1.2 crore. Builder support after booking bhi kharab ho toh aur tension badh jaati hai. Hope you get some good advice here.
