Is the actual carpet area efficiency truly considered by buyers in Gurgaon? Having recently moved into Suncity Vatsal Valley Independent Floors, I've observed how critical the floor plan layout is. Despite similar advertised super areas, some projects waste significant space with inefficient corridors or oddly shaped rooms. For instance, comparing Suncity Vatsal Valley's design to what I saw on paper for DS Heights, the former felt much more practical and usable. My effective price per sqft for Suncity Vatsal Valley was close to ₹8200 after all hidden costs, making layout efficiency paramount. This isn't always apparent from brochures. What specific floor plan aspects did you prioritize, and which projects truly delivered on practical space utilization, especially regarding common areas within the flat?
