Moved into Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Whitefield. Advertised rental yields are a total myth. My 3BHK isn't hitting 4.5%. What's the real ground reality? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, bhai! I was also looking at Prestige projects and they all quote these high rental yields. My agent showed me a spreadsheet with 5%+ for a 2BHK in Adigara Kallahalli. Sounded too good to be true. Ab toh lagta hai sab marketing gimmick hai.
