Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an investment. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is tough. Advetaya Godwin Apartments Noida Extension mein dekh raha hoon. It's completed, but I'm worried about resale liquidity. Kya yahan ka secondary market active hai? Aur long-term capital appreciation ka kya potential hai? Builder ka track record bhi important hai for future projects.
Advetaya Construction Godwin Apartments mein capital appreciation kitni hui hai since launch? Fed up of renting, thinking investment. Resale market kitna liquid hai, ghost society ka risk toh nahi, yaar?
Avj Heightss mein real carpet area kitna milta hai, compared to Advetaya Construction Godwin Apartments? I just moved into my flat in Noida last month. Before finalising, we checked both. Avj Heightss ki price range definitely high thi, but I felt like carpet area efficiency utni better nahi lagi for the premium. Godwin Apartments seemed to give better usable space for its budget. My main question now is, for a 5-year appreciation, which one holds up better? Aur rental potential kiska zyada hoga, considering the price points?
