Visited a few projects near Aerocity last week. Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Builders talk up Mohali Airport expansion and PR7 road impact. But completion ka koi fix time nahi. Are builders always over-promising on infra timelines? What's the real scene for these projects? Mohali Airport kab tak ho jayega?

Yaar, totally relate! Main bhi Aerocity area mein dekh raha tha. Builders ki toh bas baatein hi hoti hain, reality mein kuch aur. PR7 ka bol rahe the 2 saal mein ready ho jayega, abhi tak toh adha kaam bhi nahi hua. Koi real updates hain kya airport expansion pe? Ya yeh bas marketing hype hai?
