Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne convenient hain daily ke liye? And community vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if the amenities are truly useful.

Affordable Floors Dwarka — fed up of renting, thought this was it. Maintenance charges are insane, double what was promised. Gym AC never works, pool's a mess. What's the actual monthly maintenance here?
