Affordable Homes corridor: Already peaked for investors

Affordable Homes corridor keeps coming up whenever I think about my property search. I just moved into my 2BHK in Sector 115 last month, possession was in March. I spent ages looking at the Affordable Homes zone, everyone hyped it as undervalued. Now, I'm wondering if it already peaked? Did I miss the boat on good ROI? Prices for a 2BHK in Sector 104 or 105 feel pretty steep. Are there still pockets, maybe 1BHKs, offering genuine value? Or has investment potential mostly played out? What's the ground reality for appreciation there? Any first-hand experiences?
