Affordable Homes corridor hype is mostly fiction

Affordable Homes corridor – just moved into a 2BHK here last month, possession was in March. Honestly, the daily commute is way tougher than I expected. Brochure photos of empty roads? Total lie. Traffic is a killer. The promised 'green spaces' feel more like concrete with some shrubs. Not sure if the price difference truly justifies this daily grind. Anyone else living here facing similar issues, or am I just being too critical about the ground reality?
