Affordable Homes corridor — I'm seriously looking at properties here for my first flat in Pune. Last 1-2 years mein kaafi upar gaye hain prices, right? Matlab, jab main research kar raha tha, 60-65L mein achhe 2BHK mil rahe the, abhi wohi 75L+ ho gaye hain. Is it just me, ya aap logon ko bhi laga ki prices have jumped a lot? Meri budget around 70-75L hai 2BHK ke liye. So, should I wait for some correction, ya abhi le lun before they go even higher? Not sure if waiting is a good idea given current interest rate hikes. Kya lagta hai aap logon ko? Any experiences with recent purchases in this area? What's the general sentiment on future price movement for this corridor? Is it worth buying now or better to hold off?

Yaar, totally agree with the OP! Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Affordable Homes corridor mein dekh raha tha. Last year jo 2BHK 60-65L mein mil rahe the, ab woh seedha 75L+ bol rahe hain. Mera budget bhi exactly 70-75L hai. Bohot confused hoon, wait karein ya le lein?
