Affordable Homes corridor — I'm looking at a 3BHK for myself, budget ₹80L-1.5Cr. Ek builder ka project almost ready hai, but super area games lag rahe hain. Dusra pre-launch hai, price better but 3 saal wait. I know the tricks, but buying for myself is different. Which one makes more sense for ROI? What's your take?

Bhai, super area games toh har jagah hain! Ready-to-move mein bhi builders carpet area nahi batate properly. Mera bhi same budget hai, aur yeh 'affordable' tag sunke lagta hai sab lootne baithe hain. If you're buying for self-use, possession delay ka risk kitna le sakte ho? ROI toh baad ki baat hai, pehle ghar haath mein aaye.
