Did a quick survey of property prices around the Affordable Homes corridor this weekend. I'm so fed up of renting, ab finally apna ghar dekh raha hoon. EMI vs rent math is pushing me. Prices seem to have jumped quite a bit recently. Kya lagta hai, is this sustainable? Which pockets are seeing real appreciation?

Bhai, same exact situation! EMI vs rent is a real headache. I also noticed prices in New Chandigarh, especially Mullanpur Garibdass, have shot up. Lagta hai sabko yahi lag raha hai ki abhi le lo varna aur mehnga ho jayega. But is this FOMO real, ya bubble hai?
FOMO toh hai, but data bhi dekhna padega. Mullanpur mein developers ne artificial scarcity create ki hai shayad. What's the actual per sqft rate
