Affordable Homes prices reflect infrastructure, nothing more
₹65 lakh for a 2BHK in Affordable Homes — I visited last week, and it felt like a good deal initially. But honestly, I'm confused about the infrastructure impact there. Metro line extension ka kitna asar hua hai prices pe? My parents keep saying road connectivity changed everything for property values in their time. I'm looking at a couple of projects near the new expressway interchange, thinking that might give better ROI long-term. Is it true ki jo areas near the new roads hain, wahan prices shot up more? Ya just marketing hype hai? Not sure if I should wait for more development ya abhi le lena chahiye. Any thoughts on specific pockets that benefited most? Like, near which sector or junction? Hope someone has some real ground reality info.

₹65 lakh for a 2BHK in Affordable Homes? Bahut zyada lag raha hai for that area. Infrastructure hype hai ya real value?
I disagree
Sahi pakde ho! Builders bas future ki baat karte hain, present mein toh roads bhi theek se nahi hoti. I've seen this in so many projects near new proposed metro routes. Just a marketing gimmick.
