Affordable Homes prices will only go up

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm eyeing Affordable Homes in Delhi. Prices seem to have shot up quite a bit last year. My parents keep saying wait, market thanda hoga. Kya lagta hai, is it worth buying a 2 BHK now, ya thoda wait karna chahiye? Don't want to overpay.
