Affordable Homes corridor in Noida Extension keeps coming up for me. Renting has become such a headache, my landlord just raised it again yaar. I'm finally taking the plunge to buy, but brochures sab good good dikhate hain. Matlab, ground reality kya hai wahan ki? Commute time, local market access, security... kya scene hai? Especially for someone who needs to travel to Delhi daily. Is it actually livable or just an investment spot? Koi batao, please.
