Affordable Homes: The daily grind isn't worth the discount?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in the 'Affordable Homes' corridor, aur honestly thoda confused hoon. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Already have a home loan going on, so budget is a big thing. Brochures mein sab connectivity aur future development ki baatein hain. But real mein, wahaan rehna kaisa hai? Commute time for daily office, school, market access... kya scene hai? Is the price jump worth it for the actual living experience, ya phir sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Matlab, is the 'affordability' just a daily commute trap? What's the ground reality? Should I consider this jump, ya phir stick to a bigger 3BHK in an established sector? Community opinions please!
