Affordable Homes: Where did infra boost prices most?

₹30k for a 2BHK rental in Bangalore is just too much now, honestly fed up of paying someone else's EMI. I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at buying in the Affordable Homes corridor. With all the new metro and road work, prices feel like they've shot up. Anyone notice specific pockets there benefitting most from the infra? Or is it all just general price hikes?
