Prices wahan pe kaafi attractive hain for 3BHKs, around ₹75-85L. But I'm honestly not sure about the long-term value. Kya hidden costs ya maintenance issues zyada hote hain? Builders ka track record for affordable projects, is it reliable? Like, possession delays ya quality issues toh nahi ho jaate? Log bolte hain amenities bhi baad mein poori nahi milti. What are the actual red flags buyers should know before committing to a project in the Affordable Housing Projects segment? Especially from people who've bought wahan.

Yaar, same feeling. Main bhi Sector 79 mein dekh raha tha, price toh theek lagte hain but darr lagta hai. Kya pata baad mein kya problem aaye? Mera budget 80L tak hi hai, isme aur koi option dikhta nahi Gurugram mein.
