Affordable Housing Projects market already peaked for investors.
Affordable Housing Projects market has definitely peaked for investors, yaar. I bought a 2BHK in that zone last year, possession was in March. My ground-level experience since moving in has been... not what I expected for ROI. Sab log bolte hain undervalued hai, but I'm seeing prices stabilize, not much growth at all. Is it just me, or has the appreciation already happened here? Everyone glorifies this corridor for entry-level investment, but nobody talks about the stagnant resale market and high PLCs. It feels like the sweet spot is gone, honestly. Are there specific pockets or projects within this 'Affordable Housing Projects' zone that still have real upside for investment? Or is the ship sailed for good ROI now? Disagree? Change my mind.
