Affordable Housing Projects: the hidden realities?

Honestly, I'm feeling a bit lost checking out properties. Currently in a 2BHK in Wakad, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at the Affordable Housing Projects corridor. Brochures sab kuch sahi dikhate hain, but ground reality kya hai? Commute, facilities, actual living experience kaise hai wahan? Is the price jump worth it?

Bhai, same situation here! I'm also looking at these so-called 'affordable' projects, especially near the Pune-Bangalore highway. The brochures make everything look so grand, but my biggest worry is the actual delivery and hidden costs. Builder bolte kuch hain, karte kuch aur hain. Has anyone actually moved into one of these and can share their experience?
