Affordable Housing Projects: Which 2BHK for a family?
My kids' school admission is next year, and we really need a bigger place. We're looking at 2BHKs in the Affordable Housing Projects corridor, budget ₹80L-1.5Cr. Honestly, it's tough deciding between a few options. There's 'Greenview Apartments', which is almost ready-to-move, good amenities but a bit further from the schools we like. Then there's 'City Heights', still under construction, but location-wise it's perfect for the kids' school and my wife's priority for a safe, walkable neighborhood. Price-wise, Greenview is around ₹95L, while City Heights is quoting ₹1.1 Cr with some PLC. I'm not sure if the extra cost for City Heights is worth the wait and potential construction delays. Also, what about future resale value in these areas? What does the community think? Which project offers a better deal for a family like ours?

Main toh bolunga ready-to-move hi lo. Mera ek dost फस गया था construction delay mein, rent bhi de raha tha aur EMI bhi. Double burden. Greenview mein hidden costs kya kya ho sakte hain? Maintenance advance kitna maangte hain? Aur parking ka kya scene hai?
Greenview mein usually 1 year ka maintenance advance maangte hain, around ₹60k-₹70k. Parking ke liye extra charge karte hain, about ₹3-₹5L for covered parking. But at least you know what you're getting. Greenview exactly kahaan hai? Koi landmark batao?
Location, location, location! Kids ke school ke liye City Heights ka option best hai. Daily commute ka stress alag hota hai. ₹1.1 Cr mein PLC ke saath bhi, agar location perfect hai toh it's worth it for a family. Resale value bhi location pe hi depend karti hai long term mein.
Sahi kaha, location is key. But what about the PLC for City Heights? Is it for a specific floor or view? Sometimes builders add 'premium' for things that aren't truly value-adds. Make sure you understand what you're paying extra for.
Bhai, City Heights under construction hai, aur usme bhi PLC? I'd be very wary. Aajkal builders ka bharosa nahi. Kitne projects delay hote hain, aur fir additional costs maangte hain. Greenview RTM hai toh tension kam. Location thoda adjust kar sakte ho kya?
Totally agree! Construction delays are a nightmare. My cousin booked a flat near Anand Niketan and got possession 2 years late. City Heights ka builder ka track record kaisa hai? Pehle bhi koi project time pe deliver kiya hai kya?
