Affordable housing in Gurgaon, especially from new builders, is a huge risk for first-time buyers. I've heard about Diplomats Group, and from what I gather, unka toh zero projects ka track record hai. Bhai, brochures mein sab achha dikhta hai, but ground reality for NRIs without frequent visits can be a nightmare for rental management. Kya lagta hai aap logon ko?
