My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured out where to buy. I've been checking out the Affordable Housing Projects in Gurgaon, especially around Sector 70s and Sohna Road. Parents keep pushing for a 2BHK, saying it's a good investment for the future. Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. Some projects look good on paper, like Signature Global or GLS, but I hear so many stories about quality issues or crazy maintenance costs later. OC milne mein kitna time lagta hai? And once you get possession, what are the *real* hidden costs nobody talks about? Is the infrastructure really there, ya phir future mein problem hogi?
