Affordable investment windows near Gurugram infra are already gone.

Honestly, I just moved into Sector 90 last month and the speed of infra changes here is crazy. I'm trying to figure out where the real investment windows are now, especially with Dwarka Expressway almost done and Global City coming up. I keep hearing about prices along Dwarka Expressway in sectors like 102-113 already jumping. Are there still areas, maybe towards SPR Extension, that haven't fully priced in the future growth? Or have the new flyovers already moved all the good deals? Which properties near these corridors are still affordable for a decent ROI? Hope someone has some ground-level insights.
