AFOWO Raksha Addela: Builder history matters most.

Did a site visit to AFOWO Raksha Addela last weekend, thinking about a 3BHK for the kids. Project looks good, but I'm really worried about builder ka track record. Shiv Shakti Homes ka RERA status kaise check karte hain, sahi se? Is it just the website, ya kuch aur bhi dekhna hota hai? Don't want future legal issues for the family, safety important hai.
