AFOWO Raksha Addela: Green spaces and safety concerns

Our current 2BHK feels super cramped now, kids are growing up fast. We're seriously looking at upgrading to a 3BHK in Greater Noida. AFOWO Raksha Addela has come up a few times, seems decent on paper. My wife's priority is definitely a safe environment and good open spaces for the children. How are the actual green areas there? Are they really usable open spaces, not just small patches for show? I've seen some projects where the landscaping looks great in brochures but is barely there. Also, what's the security like in practice? Is visitor management strict? Are the guards actually alert? Is it genuinely safe for kids to play freely inside the society?
