₹95L for a 3BHK at AFOWO Raksha Addela, possession in March. Everyone talks about 'premium' amenities, but honestly, the clubhouse is just a fancy showpiece. Gym equipment is okay, but the pool feels empty most days. Is this the reality for Greater Noida projects? Maintenance charges are high for facilities that barely get used.
