Honestly, I'm finding the whole construction quality thing super confusing for investment. Looking at AFOWO Raksha Addela, but worried about long-term issues. How bad are common snag list items after possession? Does it really affect resale or tenant interest later? And what about security systems in practice? Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing AFOWO Raksha Addela too, the location near Alpha II commercial belt seems great for connectivity. But this construction quality issue is a nightmare. My cousin bought in another project in Greater Noida West and spent months fixing things post-possession. Leaks, faulty wiring, bad plaster... it just adds so much stress and cost. I'm a first-time buyer, budget already stretched, can't afford these hidden expenses. What if the builder just ignores us after possession?
