Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but I'm still fed up with builders promising the moon. Everyone talks about amenities, but nobody discusses the hidden costs. Okay, I'll say what no one says: projects like AFOWO Raksha Addela might look good now, but what about construction quality after 2 years? Cracks, seepage, fitting issues kill resale value and tenant attraction. And those fancy clubhouses? Just inflate maintenance charges, which tenants hate. Is it even worth the premium for an investor? Change my mind.

Absolutely! Mere friend ne Alistonia Estate mein ek flat liya tha, 3 saal pehle. Starting mein sab mast tha, but ab plumbing issues, lift breakdowns common hain.
