Sector 35 — just moved into my 3BHK last month. My biggest learning: secondary market deals through agents like Goyal Estate Agency offer way more negotiation scope. I got almost 8% off the asking price. New projects mein builders don't budge much on price. Resale mein seller ki urgency leverage kar sakte ho. Kisi aur ko bhi aise deals mile hain kya?
