₹1.2 crore from our old house sale, ab Kharar mein 3BHK dekh rahe hain. Kids have moved out, itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Budget ₹80L-1.5Cr hai. Kaunse projects mein achhi society, lift, low maintenance milega? Hospital paas hona bhi important hai. Any recent experiences with builders there? Thoda confused hoon.

Bhaiyya, Kharar is a smart choice for sure! After 30 years, shifting to a more peaceful yet connected area makes sense. ₹80L-1.5Cr is a decent budget for a good 3BHK there, especially if you're looking for a comfortable society with amenities. My parents are also thinking of something similar.
