Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Fed up of renting, yaar. My landlord just hiked rent again on my 2BHK near Hoodi. Finally taking the plunge, but confused about 2BHK vs 3BHK investment in Bangalore. Everyone says 3BHK for future, but I think 2BHKs in areas like Sarjapur Road give better rental yields. EMI on a 3BHK is just too much, no? Okay, I'll say what no one says: 3BHK is often an over-investment for most IT folks. Rental market mein 2BHK ka demand always high hai. Change my mind.

I get your frustration, but 3BHK is not an over-investment if you plan to stay for 7-10 years. My cousin bought a 2BHK in Aavalahalli 5 years ago, and now regrets not going for a 3BHK. Family badhti hai
Bhai, totally relatable! My landlord also just hiked rent in Marathahalli. 2BHK ka demand is real, 3BHK ki EMI soch ke hi darr lagta hai.
