After three successful exits, Gurugram's premium projects are baffling me.
My last property yield was 7.5% annually. Central Park Flamingo Floors mein high maintenance charges dikh rahe hain, given the amenities. Does the quality of construction and clubhouse justify these long-term costs for an investor?

Bhai, sahi kaha aapne. Gurugram mein high maintenance kaafi projects mein dikh raha hai. Mera bhi yahi concern hai, returns kharab na ho jayein iss chakkar mein. Central Park ke projects mein quality hoti hai, but kya itni ki yeh cost justify ho?
Totally agree with your point. Gurugram market mein ab small margins hi mil rahe hain, especially with these high-end projects. Maintenance cost toh seedha aapke net yield ko hit karta hai. Better to look at emerging areas
