Honestly, I've seen this pattern before, but it still surprises me. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein construction quality kaisi hai? As an investor, shoddy work like seepage affects resale value and tenant ROI, right? Aur amenities, clubhouse wagera, are they just for show ya actually useful? Does that justify higher EMI?
