My lease ends in 6 months, looking at a 3BHK near Sector 3. Landmark Group has a project. I know the builder game, but my own money feels different. Builders quote one price, but all-in cost with stamp duty, PLC, and those 'surprise' charges later... it adds up. Is pre-launch pricing truly a deal now, or just marketing? What hidden costs did you face in Gurgaon?

Pre-launch deal toh bas naam ka reh gaya hai ab. Builders first quote low, then add PLC, infrastructure charges, club membership, parking, maintenance deposit... the list is endless. It's never the 'all-inclusive' price they promise.
Totally relatable! My budget is also tight, and these 'extra' charges always scare me. Lagta hai sabko same problems aati hain.
