₹95 lakh for a 3BHK on Kalindi Kunj Road... I'm seeing so many 'deals' but the super area vs. carpet area games are insane. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different headache. Builders promise the world, then you see the actual usable space, it's just not adding up. I'm looking at projects along this corridor for a 3BHK, budget around ₹80L to ₹1.5Cr. Which projects have you guys actually found to be transparent? Any specific ones on Kalindi Kunj Road that delivered what they advertised, without too many hidden charges or last-minute surprises? Or am I just expecting too much from Noida Extension builders?
