₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Gachibowli – builders say 'final price'. I've been in real estate for years, but buying for myself, especially in Hyderabad, is a whole different ballgame. Everyone says negotiate, but builders like Salarpuria Sattva ya My Home Constructions barely budge on base price these days for a 3BHK in Kokapet. Is it just PLC and interior package pe discount? What about all those 'all-in cost' promises? Always some surprise charge at possession time, right? Stamp duty, registration, parking, plus OC... kitna extra lagta hai? Honestly, I think the 'no negotiation' policy is a scam to inflate initial quotes. Change my mind. Yaar, tell me your real experiences.
