After years in real estate, buying Utopia Estate is different.

Did a site visit to Utopia Estate on Saturday. Looks decent, but I'm an investor and really worried about delivery. I work in real estate, so I know how builders can stretch timelines. Are they generally on schedule? Also, what's the actual resale potential there? Need to ensure a smooth exit strategy in 5-7 years.

Haan bhai, delivery ka toh sabka tension hai. But Utopia Estate location wise achha hai. Maine bhi suna hai kaafi log interested hain.
