Finding genuine value in Gurugram feels like a wild goose chase these days. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord just hiked rent again for my 3BHK near Chakkarpur. Finally taking the plunge but prices are mental. Dwarka Expressway pe toh especially. Looking at resale flats, maybe Terra Infracon ke projects. What's the real scene with price correction around here? Can you actually find underpriced assets? And broker tactics – do they really get better deals than direct builder? Or just a scam? Negotiation pe kitna discount milta hai realistically? Total acquisition cost samajhna hai.

Bhai, broker wali baat toh ek dum sahi kahi. Mera experience toh mixed raha hai. Pichhle saal jab main Basai gaon ke paas ek plot dekh raha tha, ek broker ne itna ghumaya ki poora din waste ho gaya. But haan, ek doosre case mein, ek friend ko uske broker ne Airport Road pe ek resale flat mein 5-7% ka discount dilwa diya tha, jo builder direct nahi de raha
Yaar, same pinch! Dwarka Expressway pe toh prices touch kar rahe hain aasman. Bahut tough call hai, I totally get your frustration.
